Grant pays for free daily lunches for Bad Axe kids this summer
The 2011 Bad Axe Parks and Recreation Summer Day Camp is a seven-week program offering an array of planned activities, including arts and crafts; socialization; field trips (to Splash Village, Biff’s Bowling, Wilcox Park, Camper’s Haven Campground, Sandy Dunes Adventure Golf, Bad Axe Theatre, Longshot Lanes Bowling, Bathing Beach Park and Kokomos); guest speakers and entertainers; sporting events; physical activities; and fund day activities (including a moonwalk and water games). My husband and I work full time and need our children to be cared for during the day. " In regards to having more people hook into Bad Axe / Port Austin water, you need to look at the cost of just Bad Axe water. Service is $20.28 per month; then $5.72 per every 1,000 gallons used. Having more people hook into the water will lower both rates. Remember in Bad Axe the utility bill consist of $13.04 for garbage, recycling, lawn clipping removal, $16.22 for sewer service, and $7.78 per thousand gallons for sewage.Huron Park Public School - News
