The 8.2 kilometre navigable underground river cave and national park in Palawan province west of central Philippines, is already among the top 14 choices out of 28 shortlisted natural wonders from Asia, Africa, Australia and the Pacific, Europe, the Americas and the Mediterranean, according to a press release from the Philippine Consulate General in Dubai.
