&Nbsp;         Lastly, I decided to try Hip Hop Abs  and I absolutely love it.  I'm not much of a hip hop music listener or dancer, but I find this workout to be so much fun!  I finally found a routine I can stick to!  Make fun of me if you must, but this outdated workout vid is so much fun!  You're dancing and moving and working up a sweat.  Shaun T has such an amazing and positive energy it makes it so much fun to workout/dance!   I'm currently attempting to finish the 30 day ab challenge and I'm absolutely loving this workout routine.  I printed out a calendar of the scheduled workout and after accomplishing the workout I cross it out with a different colored markers.  Crossing out a workout routine day feels amazing-- similar to when I was in first grade and got gold stickers for answering something right.  Hehehe! I'm sticking to this workout for sure and hoping for results because I MUST fit into my wedding dress.  Who wants to join me on the 30 day Hip Hop Abs challenge !  I've taken measurements for before and hoping for results after.
