Reports say that the father of a murdered mother in Kinston is considering seeking custody of two son of his infant daughter.
Laura Ackerson's father, Roger Ackerson said WWMT-TV in Grand Rapids, Michigan it looked in the custody of years old and three year old boys. The children are currently staying with the parents of Grant Hayes, who live in Kinston.
