- State of Montana vs. Summer Rodda Vaska. This matter before the court for sentencing on revocation. In DC-08-139 the court comitts the defendant to DOC for three years with all suspended to run concurrent to DC-11-35. In DC-11-35, the court commits defendant to 13 months LCJ followed by five years DOC with all suspended.

- State of Montana vs. Wayne Blickenstaff. This matter before the court for arraignment in DC-11-61. Defendant pleads not guilty to the charges of criminal possession of dangerous drugs, felonies, counts I and II. The plea is entered and the case will be set for trial. Defendant remains in custody. Omnibus hearing in DC-11-61 and answer petition to revoke in DC-10-78 are set for Wednesday, June 29, 9 a.m. The parties can anticipate the court trial setting order setting this matter for jury trial on October 3, 9 a.m.

Defendant pleads not guilty to the charges of criminal possession of dangerous drugs, a felony, count I and partner or family member assault, a misdemeanor, count II. The plea is entered and the case will be set for trial. The court sets this matter for omnibus hearing on Thursday, July 21, 9 a.m. with a jury trial commencing on Monday, September 12, 9 a.m.

- State of Montana vs. Brook Hovland-Burrington. This matter before the court for arraignment. Defendant pleads not guilty to the charges of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, a felony, count I, driving while license is suspended or revoked, a misdemeanor, count II, operating a motor vehicle while designated a habitual traffic offender, a misdemeanor, count III and criminal endangerment, a felony, count IV. The plea is entered and the case will be set for trial. The defendant remains at liberty. The court sets this matter for omnibus hearing on Thursday, July 21, 9 a.m. with a jury trial commencing on Monday, September 12, 9 a.m.

- State of Montana vs. Scott Barber. This matter before the court for arraignment. Defendant pleads not guilty to the charges of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, a felony. The plea is entered and the case will be set for trial. The defendant remains at liberty. The court sets this matter for omnibus hearing on Thursday, July 21, 9 a.m. with a jury trial commencing on Monday, September 12, 9 a.m.
